Scope
This Cookie Policy applies to the Langnite AI Hub (hub.langnite.pl). The Langnite shop (langnite.pl, powered by Shopify) has its own separate cookie policy.
Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies (No Consent Required)
- Session cookie — used for authentication and session management. Identifies logged-in team members. Expires after 24 hours or on logout. Strictly necessary for the Hub to function.
- CSRF token cookie — protects against cross-site request forgery attacks. Essential for security.
Functional Cookies (No Consent Required)
- Theme preference — stores the user's choice of dark/light mode. Stored in localStorage (not a cookie), but mentioned here for transparency.
- Sidebar state — remembers which navigation sections are expanded/collapsed. Stored in localStorage.
What We Do NOT Use
- We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
- We do not use third-party tracking cookies (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no tracking pixels of any kind on the Hub).
- We do not use analytics cookies.
- We do not share cookie data with advertising networks or any third parties.
Cookie Consent
The Langnite AI Hub is an internal tool accessed only by authorized Langnite team members. All cookies used are strictly essential for the platform to function. Under GDPR, consent is not required for cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of a service explicitly requested by the user (Recital 32, Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive). Therefore, no cookie consent banner is displayed.
Managing Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies. Blocking essential cookies will prevent the Hub from functioning correctly (you will not be able to log in).
