1. About Us
Langnite is a Polish English-language education brand operated by Kacper Michalec as a sole proprietorship (Jednoosobowa Dzialalnosc Gospodarcza / JDG) based in Poland.
2. What the Hub Does
The Langnite AI Hub is an internal content management and operations platform used by the Langnite team to:
- Create, schedule, and publish educational content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
- Moderate comments and direct messages on Langnite's social media profiles using AI-assisted classification
- Plan content strategy using the Echo AI assistant
- Monitor competitor activity and content trends (Strefa Kreatywna)
- Generate business reports and analytics dashboards
- Coordinate team workflows, tasks, and communication
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Langnite AI Hub. Other Langnite products (Shop, School, Academy, Flashcard System, AI Tutor) have their own separate privacy policies.
3. Data We Collect
Via social media integrations
- Platform user profile information (username, display name, avatar URL) solely for authorized account owners to verify publishing targets
- Comments and direct messages on Langnite's social media profiles, for moderation purposes
- We collect profile data only for accounts that have explicitly authorized our application through OAuth
Via the Langnite AI Hub
- Content entries (posts, captions, hashtags, scheduled dates, media files)
- Chat logs with AI assistants (Echo conversations)
- Team member account information (name, email, role, login activity)
- Moderation decisions and approval history
4. Third-Party Platform Integrations
TikTok
We use TikTok's Content Posting API to publish original educational video content to authorized TikTok accounts. We access: user profile info (username, avatar) via the creator_info/query endpoint, publishing capabilities via the video.publish scope, and comment reading on our own content. We do not access other users' data, feeds, or analytics beyond what is required for content publishing and comment management on our own profile.
Meta (Instagram & Facebook)
We use the Instagram Graph API and Facebook Graph API to manage comments, direct messages, and publish content on authorized pages and accounts. Permissions: instagram_basic, instagram_manage_comments, instagram_manage_messages, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_messaging, pages_manage_posts.
YouTube
We use the YouTube Data API v3 to read and reply to comments and publish video content on authorized channels via OAuth 2.0 with offline access for token refresh.
All platform integrations require explicit user authorization through each platform's OAuth flow. Users can revoke access at any time through their respective platform settings (see Section 13).
5. Data Received from Other Langnite Products
The Langnite AI Hub serves as the central management and analytics platform for the Langnite ecosystem. Data from the following Langnite products flows into the Hub for management, analytics, and operational purposes:
- Langnite Shop (langnite.pl) — order data, customer purchase history, and product analytics are synced to the Hub for business reporting and customer support workflows
- Langnite School / Academy — student enrollment data, course progress, and teacher accounts are managed through the Hub
- Flashcard System — usage statistics and learning progress data flows to the Hub for content improvement
- AI Tutor — conversation logs and learning analytics are accessible through the Hub for quality monitoring
Each of these products maintains its own separate Privacy Policy and Terms of Service governing the direct relationship with its users. The Hub processes this data solely for internal operational purposes (analytics, reporting, content planning, customer support coordination). This data is never shared with third parties or used for purposes beyond Langnite's internal operations.
6. How We Use Data
- To publish original educational content to authorized social media accounts
- To moderate and respond to comments and messages on our social media profiles
- To classify incoming messages using AI for efficient moderation workflows
- To generate content captions, hashtags, and content plans via the Echo assistant
- To analyze content performance and competitor trends
- To generate business reports and operational analytics
- To coordinate team workflows and task management
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
7. AI Data Processing
The Hub uses AI systems powered by Anthropic's Claude across multiple functions:
Social Media Moderation
Comments and direct messages from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube are sent to Claude's API for intent classification (determining if a message is a question, compliment, spam, complaint, or request for help). Claude suggests responses matching Langnite's communication style.
Content Generation
The Echo chat assistant uses Claude to generate content captions, hashtags, and content plans. Content briefs and series information are sent to the API for context.
Competitor Analysis
Strefa Kreatywna uses Claude to analyze publicly available competitor content and hashtag trends.
Human Oversight
All AI-suggested social media responses go through an approval workflow. A team member (Kacper or Evelina) reviews and approves, edits, or rejects every response before it is posted. AI never posts autonomously without human approval.
We do not use AI to build profiles of individual social media users, track users across platforms, or make automated decisions that affect individuals. Data sent to Anthropic's API is subject to Anthropic's data retention and processing policies.
8. Sub-Processors and Third-Party Services
The following third-party services process data on behalf of the Langnite AI Hub:
