Terms of Service

1. Service Description

The Langnite AI Hub is the central operational platform for the Langnite brand, providing:

• Social media management — moderating comments and direct messages across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube with AI-assisted classification and response suggestions
• Content planning and publishing — creating, scheduling, and publishing reels and posts to multiple social media platforms from a single interface (Planer Tresci / Content Planner)
• AI assistant (Echo) — chat-based assistant for content planning, caption generation, hashtag analysis, and competitor insights
• Strefa Kreatywna — creative zone with competitor analysis, hashtag scanning, and content trend monitoring
• Team collaboration — shared calendar, task management, and communication tools for the Langnite team
• Analytics and reporting — business reports, social media performance, and operational dashboards

The Hub also receives and displays data from other Langnite products (Shop, School, Flashcards, AI Tutor) for centralized management. Each of those products has its own Terms of Service.

2. Hub Access and Team Accounts

• The Langnite AI Hub is an internal tool — access is restricted to authorized Langnite team members.
• Each team member has individual login credentials with role-based permissions (Owner, Admin, Manager, Operations).
• The Hub is not a public-facing service and is not available for registration by external users.
• External platform reviewers (TikTok, Meta, Google) may be granted temporary demo access for audit purposes upon request to kacpermichalec@langnite.pl.

3. AI-Assisted Communication

• The Hub uses AI-powered systems (Anthropic's Claude) to assist with social media management on Langnite's official profiles.
• AI classifies incoming comments and messages by intent and suggests appropriate responses matching Langnite's communication style.
• All AI-suggested responses enter a human approval workflow — a Langnite team member reviews, edits if needed, and explicitly approves before any response is posted.
• AI never posts responses autonomously without human approval.
• AI also powers the Echo content assistant for internal content planning — this does not directly interact with external users.
• Anyone interacting with Langnite's social media profiles who prefers human-only communication can request this at any time by messaging us directly.

4. Content Guidelines

• All content published through the Hub is original educational English-language content created by the Langnite team.
• We do not copy or redistribute content from other creators or platforms.
• We do not add unauthorized watermarks, logos, or promotional branding to content published on third-party platforms.
• We do not post spam, misleading content, or content that violates platform guidelines.

5. User Consent and Authorization

• Before publishing content to any platform, the account owner must explicitly authorize the Langnite AI Hub through the platform's OAuth 2.0 authorization flow.
• Users maintain full control over their accounts and can revoke access at any time through their platform settings.
• We will never publish content without the account owner's knowledge and consent.

6. Platform Compliance

We comply with each platform's Terms of Service, API policies, and Community Guidelines:

• TikTok: TikTok Terms of Service, Content Posting API Developer Guidelines, UX Guidelines for Direct Post
• Meta: Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Platform Policy, Facebook Platform Policy
• YouTube: YouTube API Services Terms of Service, Google API Services User Data Policy

We use only official platform APIs. We never use scrapers, unofficial endpoints, or browser automation.

7. Data from Other Langnite Products

• The Hub integrates data from other Langnite products for centralized management.
• Each product (Langnite Shop, School/Academy, Flashcard System, AI Tutor) has its own separate Terms of Service governing the user relationship.
• The Hub's Terms apply specifically to the Hub platform and its direct functions (social media management, content planning, team tools).
• Data flowing from other products into the Hub is processed under those products' respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All Langnite content (e-books, courses, social media content, brand materials, the JUST START methodology, and the Langnite AI Hub software) is the intellectual property of Langnite / Kacper Michalec. The Langnite name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs, policies, or functionality.
• We are not liable for any content moderation actions taken by third-party platforms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in Polish courts of competent jurisdiction.
