Compliance Commitments
- Official APIs only — we never use scrapers, unofficial endpoints, browser automation, or any method that violates platform Terms of Service.
- Rate limits — we respect all platform-imposed rate limits and implement server-side throttling.
- UX Guidelines — for TikTok Direct Post, we implement all required UX elements: creator info display (nickname, avatar), privacy level selection, comment/duet/stitch toggles, commercial content disclosure, and explicit user consent before publishing.
- Content standards — all published content is original educational material. We do not: copy content from other platforms, add unauthorized watermarks or branding, post spam or misleading content, use the API for bulk/automated posting beyond our own account.
- User consent — all platform connections require explicit OAuth 2.0 authorization. We never access accounts without the owner's explicit permission.
- If a platform restricts an action via its official API, we do NOT work around it — we flag it for manual handling.
Data Handling
We access only the minimum data required for content publishing and comment moderation. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
- We access user profile information (username, avatar) only to verify the correct publishing target and comply with platform UX requirements.
- We do not store, aggregate, or repurpose data from platform users beyond what is necessary for content management.
- Platform access tokens are stored as encrypted environment variables and never exposed in client-side code.
Prohibited Practices
- No automated scraping: We do not scrape, crawl, or collect data from platforms beyond official API capabilities.
- No unauthorized automation: All API usage follows official documentation and approved scopes.
- No data selling: We never sell, rent, or monetize data obtained through platform APIs.
- No cross-platform tracking: We do not use API data to track or profile individual users across platforms.
